The rulebook is getting to its final release, and this is probably one of the last updates with changes in the rules and not only to clean typos and such.
The most important change, as it affects list creation, is the Rare Special rule, which is applied to quite a lot of weapons and that does not allow to take more than 3 choices of that weapon in the same list.

Added the Rare Special rule to some weapons.
Black Blood Children:
Added the Rare Special rule to some weapons.
Embers and Sparks can now take a maximum of two weapons and cannot take more than one with the Two-handed Special rule (they were allowed to take a shooting weapon, but had none listed in their options).
