Well, we can proudly announce that, after the last intensive betatesting sessions, the rulebook, as well as the rules for the two first factions and six scenarios, are ready to go. Now the texts are being proofread, and after that they will be layed out and proofread again. And finally they will be available for free download for you to test them. Of course that does not mean that the rulebook is closed to future modifications. We know it is impossible to foresee every possibility that can arise in each game, and your opinions will be key to polish the game system and get a set of rules as neat as possible.
