At the beginning of the 21st century the economic crisis, caused by water and fossil fuels shortage, as well as the ruthless speculation of the main economical powers, became pandemic. Although at first the general population trusted that at the end things would go back to the good times and, in part afraid to end up with nothing at all, accepted without resistance one measure after another to strip them from all the rights they have achieved through the last decades, at the end the general unrest was such that ignited the spark of rebellion.

Factions

There are many small factions on this side of the Wasteland, but in this section we will only describe the most important of them, those who fight day after day for the resources, territory and people of the Scrapbridge area.
There also exist people not bound to any faction, of course, those who just want to live as peacefully as possible or that sell their services to the higher bidder

Scrapbridge and surroundings

Trying to cover all the Wasteland in this book would be impossible, for all the world is now Wasteland and there exist countless factions all over its extension. We will focus instead on the zone surrounding Scrapbridge, one of the biggest and more important settlements in hundreds of miles around.

The Megalopoli

All around the world there were planned more than twenty Megalopoli to shelter the rich and powerful, although some of them never were more than a simple project and a few of them have been destroyed.

Celebrities

The Scrapbridge area is populated mainly by suckers, petty bullies and such human scum. But now and then there is someone who manages to shine, who builds a name for himself capable of scaring or inspiring other people enough to be known all around the area. Here you are some of these celebrities who have became legends.

Beasts

As everyone knows, the Wasteland is full of dangerous critters, the type that can tear your balls off if you don’t know what you are doing. Doctor Sarious will try in this Guide to the animals, critters and mutations of the Wasteland to make a cool study about the animals that populate our world.

Stories
